What is EN 50365?
The standard for electrically insulating helmets for use on low voltage installations

An additional standard for helmets used for working live installations up to 1000V. Testing is carried out at voltages of 10,000V.
The EN50365 standard is marked on the helmet with a label showing the 'double triangle' symbol and the class of the helmet.
This specification requires that insulating helmets fulfil the requirements of either EN 397, Industrial Safety Helmets or EN 443, Helmets for Firefighters.
