Which lenses are scratch-resistant?

Last Update 4 years ago

Scratch-resistant lenses are marked ‘K’, meaning they pass an optional test for resistance to surface damage by fine particles under EN 166, the European eye protection standard.

The majority of JSP eye and face protection includes K rated lenses. JSP spectacles are available with Hardia+™ and Premiershield™ premium coatings, for anti-scratch and anti-mist/anti-scratch performance.

To maintain the lens and its continued anti-scratch performance, it is important to clean lenses in accordance with the user instructions, ideally with a lens cleaning solution and not to use any abrasive cleaners or detergents.
